I know dairy is bad but so much of my calorie intake is dairy 😭 Whole milk, cottage cheese, and unflavored greek yogurt are so full of protein and healthy fats and calorie dense. It doesn't help that since I have a past of borderline eating-disordery problems my parents are always trying to get me to eat sugar, carbs, and dairy.
